Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy Success Stories
Choosing to Connect
A client wanted to explore her pattern of pushing people away.
Through hypnotherapy she recalled an early decision she made,
“Nobody will ever love me. I won’t let them.” In the trance state,
she uncovered the sources of her own self-hatred, and expressed
the feelings around those experiences. She is now aware of her
choices about creating deep connection with people and is no
longer stuck in the story of pushing people away.
Freedom from Addiction
One client recognized cigarettes were a substitute for deep and
meaningful friendships. He chose to give up smoking and pursue
true friendships, and created a willingness to be vulnerable in
revealing himself.
Paperwork Procrastinator No More
One client procrastinated in paperwork, paying bills and submitting
expense receipts. In a hypnotherapy session with age
regressions, she explored the source of her resistance. In the
trance state, she identified the small changes to make in her
physical environment. She now has a clutter free desk and has
been reimbursed for expenses owed.
Finding Her Power Around Strong Men
A woman called to deal with the onset of memories of being
strangely and subtly used as a young child by an older relative for
his sexual pleasure. With each hypnotherapy session, she
explored the memories and expressed the feelings. She identified
the early conclusions she made about herself. In the trance state,
she had a corrective emotional experience; the child she once
was, is now feeling cared for and protected. Less anxiety and
more effectiveness in maintaining her agenda in meetings and
interactions with dominating men are an outcome for her.
