Benefits of Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

Behavior change comes quickly and dramatically once the
subconscious mind is brought to awareness!

Hypnosis is one way for people to access the “source” of problems,
helping them to reconnect with dissociated emotions and disowned
parts of themselves. Combining hypnotherapy with developmental
psychology is a most powerful way to reach and heal the lonely, fearful
or abandoned “inner child.” Using behavior modification techniques
within the hypnotic state works effectively to change current unwanted
behavior.

Hypnotherapy returns the responsibility for emotional health and
behavioral change to the client, providing a process that honors the
client’s own uniquely exciting road to self-discovery.

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy incorporates these powerful
hypnotherapy techniques:

  • refined trance management
  • expanded choices of corrective experiences
  • reframing experience according to the unresolved
    developmental stage
  • accessing and releasing body memories and other statebound
    learning
  • exploring transpersonal realms of consciousness (past life,
    prenatal, birth and death experience)
  • recognizing and working through dissociation
  • discovering existential issues (those related to earthly life itself)

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful therapeutic technique, generating an increase
in primary process thinking, a feeling of acute increased awareness,
and a lowering of perceptual boundaries. It facilitates access to perinatal
material (in utero and birth experience) and transpersonal material
(archetypal, shamanic, and cosmic experience) as well as early
childhood and repressed biographical material.

Breathwork provides an excellent means of getting past resistance,
including transpersonal defenses. Breathwork is a powerful means of
accessing and healing prenatal and birth trauma, as well as existential
issues, gaining personal clarity, and deepening the spiritual connection.

Using this body-centered therapy we are able to bridge the gap between
thinking and feeling, between the body and the mind. Individuals who
are disconnected from their emotions reconnect powerfully. Individuals
whose emotional expression is blocked begin full expression. Individuals
who are blocked in the attainment of their potential find renewed energy.

Conscious breathing is a powerful personal development tool that is a
key ingredient in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Heart-
Centered Breathwork uses a variety of circular and conscious-
connected breathing techniques and emotional processes to bring
physical and emotional stress to the surface for release and integration.
It helps to unify the body, mind, and spirit.

The breath is the meeting ground between the conscious and the
unconscious mind. Early in life we learn to suppress our emotions
physically by tensing muscles and restricting breath. Over time, this
protective process becomes chronic and automatic and we lose the
capacity to experience and express emotions. This repression can sap
our vitality and rob us of the ability to experience the positive feelings of
love, joy, and pleasure.

Why Heart-Centered Breathwork?
We work through the chakras to open up the Heart Center and connect
with the free-flow of unconditional love. Once this is open then the other
chakras can open to release the powerful kundalini energy which we
enhance through meditation techniques. Breathwork is one of the most
powerful energy therapies available. Use the power of the trance state
and the breath to bring about a dynamic awakening.

What are birth issues?
Each person has specific experiences during the prenatal period and
birth which become imprinted and then unconsciously acted out and
repeated during our lifetime. For example, millions of people who had
anesthetic births have a pattern of response to stress by numbing out
through various addictive behaviors, such as smoking or overeating or
illicit drug use. Another example is a person who had a Caesarian birth
and goes through life “taking the easy way out.”

Through Breathwork (sometimes called ‘rebirthing’) people often
experience their birth directly and are able to release the old unhealthy
patterns through conscious awareness. Change happens on the
conscious, unconscious, and cellular levels through this powerful
process. Once people release their blocked energy of birth trauma and
years of emotional suppression, a deep new vitality begins to blossom.
You discover your essence, your soul!

Spiritual connection
The ancient yogis and mystics have used “conscious connected
breathing” techniques for centuries to attain enlightenment. This
specific type of breathing will assist you in discovering and deepening
your own spiritual connection, whatever that happens to be. People are
amazed at how spontaneously they are transformed and connected to a
place of deep personal inner clarity.
